Import into Sharepoint Fomr Library

Not sure if this is an Infopath question or not.
We have switched from using a list to a library. I'd like to get the list
data imported into the Form library. Is that possible?

We need to have Infopath form as content type in Form Library.

So, either creating and publishing infopath form or via Dot net code
data of list item can be inserted by creating Infopath forms.
