In Outlook 2003 I am importing an EXCEL list of 1400 contacts.
I need help in tow points:
1) I wanted them filed as First Name - Last Name. They always appear as
Last name first. I tried to make the change going through:
Tools > Email Account > directory > View and change directory > Show name
by. But it is not working. What do you recomend.
2) In send E-mail in the Select names windows the names are listed with the
Prefix (Mr. John Dow). How can it have this show only as Joe Dow.
