Import local Notes Adress Book

Hello
I work with Notes 4.6, and I'll migrate to Exchange, the problem is: How can I import my local address book from Notes to Outlook
I tried to find any tools on the network but they are only for Notes 5 or higher
Do you have any suggestion?
