import mail and addresses in Outlook?

I have installed my old hard drive as a slave in a new PC. All my old data is
still contained on it. I would like to get hold of my old
addresses/contacts/mail that I used in Outlook previously.
I am using a new OfficeXP on the new machine.
Where can I find my data, and how do I get it into Outlook?

The data should be in a PST file on the old drive. Search the drive and make
sure you look in hidden folders. Once you find it, open it in Outlook using
the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File command. Drag/drop data from the
old file into your new one
