Import mail messages from Entourage to Outlook

Is there any way to import mail messages and created folders from Entourage
2003
to Outlook 2007?
The only format in which I appear to be able to export from entourage is
an"rge" format, which isn't recognized by Outlook.
I run entourage in Mac OS 10.4 and Outlook in Vista Ultimate.
