Hi!

I have some messages exported from other mail program (The Bat) to .msg
files. I wish I could import this messages in Outlook. I failed to find
such an option is there any way to import email message as a .msg file
in Outlook?

Thank you!

Drag and drop them into Outlook should work.

When I drop a .msg file into Outlook (for instance in inbox) the new
message appears with my .msg file as an attachment. Any other
suggestions?

Then it is not the same msg-format that Outlook uses. What other export
options do you have?

Actually, I'd be glad to know more about Outlook .msg format as I could
compare both formats and do a little programming to modify my file.

As for other exporting options - I've cheked all (eml and Unix mail
box) and I have the same result.

If you can export as an eml, then try and drag that into Outlook Express.
If it works, you can then export to Outlook from there.
