Import message rules from OE to Outlook 2003

I'm visually impaired and cannot seem to find the answer to this question
among posted questions. Please excuse me if I've overlooked it. I've
successfully imported my profile and all my account details from OE to
Outlook 2003, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to import my
message rules. My rules in OE had almost completely prevented receipt of the
vast majority of SPAM I receive, so now I'm back at square one.

Any suggestions would be most welcome, but please bear in mind I need really
specific instructions. Thanks in advance.
