Import messages from Netscape 4.8 to Outlook 2003

I want to import messages from Netscape 4.8 to Outlook 2003. From what I've
read this should be an option when I choose Import in Outlook. On my
computer when I choose Import - Import Internet Mail and Addresses the only
options are Eudora (Pro and Light) 2.x, 3.x, 4.x or Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x,
6.x. I've also tried opening Outlook Express to see if I could import into
that and then export that to Outlook but I again there is no option for
Netscape. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Netscape Communicator should be one of OE's Import options.
File>Import>Messages>Netscape Communicator.
