Import MS VisualFoxPro Table into Access database

I try to import MS VFP table to Access and use command TransferDatabase:
DoCmd.TransferDatabase acImport, "ODBC Databases", "ODBC;driver='Microsoft
Visual FoxPro Driver';database='" & spath & "'", acTable, "o_g_0001.dbf",
"o_g_0001", spath - the path, where my VFP-table is situated.
And as result - error: Datasource name not found and no default driver
specified (#0)
