Import MSBCM File in to Local Outlook Contacts

Fedro21 - Biz Contact Mgr Sync Issue

I have moved my cpu from a work station to my home office and had my BCM file
on our server. I copied the file on to my desktop and hope to be able to
sync it in to my Outlook Contacts.

Anyone know how to import this MSBCM file in to my Outlook Contacts?
