import my addresss book from Netscape 4.8 into Outlook 2002

Hi,

I am trying to import my addresss book from Netscape 4.8 into Outlook
2002. Whenever I attempt to do so, it seems like Outlook is pulling
from an old address book. If anyone would be able to help, I'd
certainly appreciate it.
