import my netscape email into outlook?

I have been using Netscape email for years. I have loaded up Outlook 2003
and want to import my netscape email foolders, messages and address book into
Outlook 2003 but can not find the method for doing so. Can one of you fine
people point me to the instructions for accomplishing this?

My Netscape email is version 7.2. I use Netscape 7.2 but have also
downloaded the Netscape 8.0 version, as well.

Thanks, Brian, this gets me closer to getting this done. I got my address
book moved to Outlook Express 6.

All - I tried to move the messages using Outlook Express 6. When I went
through the import wizard and browsed to where I thought the message file
existed, I got a "no messages are in this file" kind of a message. I tried
several alternatives but could not browse to the file that holds my messages.
Does anyone have suggestions on finding these files?
