Import only Sent Items folder from OE6 to Outlook2003

I finally successfully imported my email folders/messages from
NS7.1 to NS4.79 to OE6 to Outlook2003. Everything came over except
for the "sent items" folder - only about 8600 messages. Anyone got
a clue why this might have gotten missed? And how to singly try to
get just that folder into Outlook2003 fron OE6? I tried but Outlook2003
just wants to do as global import from all of OE6...

Use Export from OE instead, 'File|Export|Messages'; you can select a single
folder from here.

I've tried that. I've tried that with renaming the folder, creating another
folder
and moving the sent items into that one, I've tried over the network, local,
and every other frigging way I can think of to get this done. These sent items
just don't want to move. Other folder/file types are done. This is aggravating
as heck and I can't migrate to WinXP until I get these sent messages imported.
Anybody else out there got any ideas, I'd be most grateful...

FINALLY!!! I had to create a new identity and then work it worked.
What a pain in the ass!!! Now on to the address books...
