Import Outlook contacts

I just upgraded to Windows 7. I have backed up old drive on external hard
drive. Outlook contacts & folders did not follow after I did a restore.
Please help.

drive. Outlook contacts & folders did not follow after I did a restore.
Please help.

Search the external HDD for file(s) called *.pst.
Copy them to your internal HDD. Put them in your Documents folder and remove
any Read-Only attribute - do NOT paste them into the default location.
Then open Outlook and do File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where
you put the pst files.
