Import Outlook Express Address Book into Outlook Contacts

I want to copy the address book form Outlook Express to Outlook and there is
not an import function in the file menu in order to do that according to the
instructions. What do I do to accomplish my task?

Yes there is.
Outlook > File > Import and Export...

Sorry Russ, but I am operating with MS Office 2003 and the Outlook program
does not have an import/export function under the File drop down in Outlook.
There is one in IE, but that will not import an address book. The only
things I have under the file drop down are New - Open - Close All Items -
Folder - Data File Management - Print - Exit

Any other suggestions

The option is there in every installation I've seen. Did you not install it?
