Import pdf file into Front Page 2003

Help, I am very brand new. I don't know how to import a pdf file report, with
photos into a Front Page 2003 web-site.

File | Import the pdf into a folder in your web. Then, create a link to it
on a page.

Many ways:
With a web open use File > Import and browse to the file.
or
Find the file, right click on it and select Copy, then switch to FrontPage folder view and
click Paste.
or
Drag and drop it into your web in FrontPage folder view.

Then in a page create a link to it just like any other file.
Publish.
