Import Personal Picture from Outlook Contacts (address book)

Hi, Outlook 2003 has a new feature that allows placing personal pictures in
contact form. I read the SDK documentation and understand that I can add a
picture or remove a picture to Outlook contact. But how do I read the
picture from a contact item programmatically, in order to import into
another program?
