import picture, the resize & reposition

I know this should be an easy process.....

I can import a picture, it comes in as an
InlineShapes.picture. I can then select it, but I cannot
change the size and position of it. I want this picture
anchored to the page - not floating with text. I notice
that the resize and reposition processes are available to
the ShapeRange type of pictures.

So, am I supposed to convert this picture, or possibly
import it differently? Grateful for all help

Hi,

I don't like to even think of it as anchored. It's "inline" with the text.
You can copy, cut, or paste it just like you would any character in a
sentence or paragraph.
