Import pictures from clipboard into MS Office Picture Manager

In Office 2000 to save on storage space for images. We would do
Alt+PrintScreen and Open a New Image in MS PhotoEditor and Paste it, Crop It,
Save It as JPEG, and then insert into MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint vs. Paste
directly in which made the image a Bitmap and make our file sizes MB vs. KB.

We have converted to Office 2003 and I cannot find a way to complete this
using MS Office Picture Manager. Anyone experienced this as well?

After Alt+Printscreen, Open Picture Manager and click Edit, Paste. Or
open MS Paint as a replacement for Photo Editor, OR re-install your copy
of Photo Editor.
