Import PRF in OLK2007

We have created a silent install of OLK2007 using a MSP file. The
installation completes w/o issue. When we run "outlook /importprf
exchange.prf" to set up the user account, the Outlook First Run configuration
wizard starts up blocking the prf import. How do we overcome this?...Mod the
installation process, Mod the PRF or mod the registry?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
