why would you want to open the (vector) PS files in Pshop---which will
rasterize them?
Pshop IS NOT a good rip. There are lots of postscript files that can';t be
processed by Pshop. Nothing to do with MS Publisher (which, BTW does not
have a special postscript engine but uses the vanilla GDI engine to generate
Postscript)
If you must open the files in Pshop, distill them first. Pshop is supposed
to be pretty hgood at opening PDF...or if the objective is to make a bitmap,
just save as a tiff right out of Acrobat and to heck with Pshop.
