Import .pst Contacts Archive

Hi, I had to format computer. Exported all contacts into .pst, and a
now trying to import them again. It's not happening. Nothing i
happening. I ran a repair on the file using scanpst, and tried agai
and still nothing. Please can someone help me get these contacts back?
My boss is gonna kill me...
