Import .pst file from Outlook97

How do I copy all my .pst or my previous mail in Outlook97 to Outlook 2003?
And how to use the import option? Thank you.

You can open the old PST file using OL2003's File menu > Open > Outlook Data
File. Then you can drag/drop data from the old PST directly into the new
PST.
