Import records from one table to other

I want to import all the records from a table
to another table that is not empty (has already
other records).
I cant use Import (access create new table)
but neither Export (access replaces the existing table).
What must i use (macros, query, VB code) for this
purpose ?

This sounds like a job for an Append Query.
