import sharp day-timer database to outlook

for many years, i have been using sharp day-timer organizer software that
came with my hand-held sharp wizard oz-640 organizer to manage my address
book. is there anyway i can convert to microsoft outlook software?

I believe Day-Timer Organizer had an export option. You could be able to
export to some text file and import into Outlook using Outlooks
Import/Export wizard.
