Import specifications

I am trying to add fields to the bottom of my import specification and Access
will not save the additions. The Knowledge Base article 271798 does help you
to know how to do a save when you CHANGE data, but it does not address how to
save data you try to add to the bottom. Following this procedure and clcking
OK does not save new fields added to the bottom. I have 213 fields (less
than the maximum) and I really don't want to start over. Can anyone help
with a soluiton?

Give us some more specifics. Are you trying to edit an existing
specification?

I've found the easiest way to do it is to select all the rows down the left,
CUT them, PASTE them into excel, change the specification to suit, then COPY
and PASTE them back into the specification.
