Import specs empty?

When I imported the import/export specs from one database to another, I
noticed that in the new database they were empty? I checked the old one and
they are populated. Also, the hidden system objects table (MsIex..) has data
in it. So why does it still say that the specs are empty? Am I doing
something wrong?
