Import SQL INTO Visio 2003

How can I import certain information FROM SQL INTO the Visio (2003 Standard)
Shape properties. This is so we won't have to enter in information into SQL
and then also in Visio.

Is this possible?

It's not a regular visio function. In v2007 professional you can use data
linking. in v2003 custom code would have to be written.

So in V 2007 Professional, I can have each servers' properties be
automatically filled in and/or changed by pulling only bits and pieces of
whatever information I choose to include?

Can you enter in/change information on either end and the other side would
get the result?

The new Link Data to Shapes in Visio 2007 Professional is read only, but you
could write code to send information back to the data source.

The Database Wizard is in Visio 2003 too, and can do updates either way.
