Import tables from oracle to access97

Hi
Anyone can sugest me how can I import oracle8i tables in
ms access97 . I have a code wich work with access 2000 but
gives problem with access97 .
error was "Active X comp. can't create object" while i m
using
.docmd.transfer method
plz reply me
