Import task notes into Outlook

Hello,

I'm trying to get Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Project 2003 Server to
work
together. I'm already using the Microsoft Project Outlook addin to
import my tasks, but this doesn't give me all the options that I want.

When I press the Import New Assignments button in Outlook I'd like it
to import the notes of that task as well, but this isn't possible by
default.

Is there a workaround or fix for this? Or can I edit the way that
Outlook
imports the tasks?

If this is not possible, is it possible to add data to the information
that Outlook fetches from Project Server?

Hi,

you can use Allocatus (http://www.allocatus.com) instead. It imports the
notes field into the body of a calendar entry or task entry.

Thanks for the idea, but this isn't really what we're looking for. We
just want to expand the Outlook client instead of building another
layer over the Project/Outlook API.

Any other idea's ?
