Import text in excel

I have a big text file to import in excel and the maximum
lines you can import are 65536. But why when I ask to
start the import from the row 65536 the Dialog box tell me
that this number is not valid?

Split the file into two.
May I ask what you have in a text file that is MORE than 65,536 lines long?
I'm fascinated!
