Import Text Wizard

When importing a fixed column delimited text file into
access, I can't get past setting the specifications for
field 1. The Wizard seems to be stuck on the first field
and even though I can click on the 2nd column, the
specifications for field 1 does not access the 2nd field.

Has anyone had this problem. I am using SP3.
