Import to Word Form

Is there a way to Import a delimited text file into an existing Word Form.

I've made a sample form in word and saved form content to data file (txt),
now how can I reload that back into the form later??

In Word, File/Open..........of the type 'blah blah' or text in yr case

Hello,

David; I tried what you said, but it just opened up the delimited text file
in word.

What I need to do is open up the original form and import the text file to
fill in the blanks.
The text file would have earlier been created from a copy of the same form
using the 'save data only for forms' feature.
