Import TXT file into Table

I'm trying to import a TXT file into a access table.
When I use the DB where I have all data it works fine
using an Import Specifications that I have. I imported
that specification in another DB and I can see it; but
when I try to import the TXT file a message "The text
file specification 'DC6' does not exist. You cannot
import, export, or link using the specification."

Any idea. Thanks
