Import Users and Permissions?

Hi,
I am currently working with Access and I have two versions of the same
DataBase, one that is currently being used (production DB) and another one
where I am making further improvements (development DB). My problem comes
when I change a Form in the development DB: I don't know how I could import
this form to the production DB without needing to add permissions for all
users (the form is just an upgraded version of the one in the production DB)
- I guess I would not need to add permissions if I was able to have it
imported with the same name (deleting the old one at the time of importing)
rather than have it named differnently (default setting by access when you
import a form that bears the same name as a form contained in the DB).

If you have any ideas or comments...

I have never had this problem. My devDB is also secured, and once
tested, it becomes the new prodDB, and I continue to work on devDB.
Why are you importing objects?
