import visio file in Rational

Hi,
is it possible to import MS Vision file (*.vsd) in Rational?

I tried doing that but Rational gives me error :-
Error: Petal syntax error at line 1 near 'Ð'

I guess that would be a question for Rational(IBM), rather than visio....
