Import Vista Winmail into Outlook 2007

Please advise how I can import Vista WinMail emails and contacts into
Outlook 2007?

Both apps need to be installed & configured on the same PC
Export msgs from Mail to Outlook
In OL Import Contacts (Though you may have to export Mail contacts to a scv
file, then import that into OL)
