Import web page?

If I have a web page that I want to import as a full page into OneNote, is
there some way to have it show up in OneNote as the actual web page, and not
a link to be opened?

You could use the Print to OneNote or Sent to OneNote tools.

Sorry, but I still don't understand. How do I print or send to OneNote?
I've looked and cannot find those "tools".
