import website template into frontpage 2003

Hope someone can explain in the most simplified way to import a website
template, downloaded off the web, into frontpage 2003. I am extremely new to
website building (using computers in general). I do not know frontpage at
all and thought for some silly reason it would not be difficult to buy a
template and put my own info into it and then use it for my website. Please
if anyone could help me, i would be much appreciative.

Did you purchase a template that was designed to be used in FP?

If yes, then the author should have provided instructions for installing it.
