import windows account resource

Hi There,

we would like to import windows accounts from company directory to
enterprise resource pool but our projectserver doesn't allow that.
the intrestinh thing is that we could add windows accounts as local
resources, and we could publish the projects but we cannit import them
to enterprise resource pool.
We use project 2003 server and project 2003 professional.

any idea?

Dumb question... Are you bringing the resource into the Enterprise
Resource pool through Project Pro?

Hi Jim,

yes we do through Project Pro. But we found the solution on the web.
We have to add the resource first, and after set the rights for the user.
At the weekend that method seemed to be workin'
