Import wizard not working in Access

I have been working for a couple of hours trying to import data from an excel
file. Previously the Import Wizard had worked -- now it just sits there with
no data. I've tried rebooting. I've looked at several tutorials about
importing data and I think I'm doing it right. Any ideas????
