Import wizard trying to load SR1 application

Lew

I am trying to import my address book from my Palm
software. My system tells me I need SR1 Professional to
add the application needed and that it wants a CD or
disc. I have already installed SR1 on thew system but it
is not reading it on my computer. How do I get around
this? Help

Please try to post more complete and more accurate information, including
accurate accounts of your versions and of the error messages you receive.
Your post makes no sense to me.
Synchronization issues are usually dealt with in the ActiveSync or Pocket PC
groups, not this one.

On the surface - it sounds like Outlook is simply asking for a missing
component required by the import process. If this is not due to a corruption
issue etc - then all it means is that you need to install the appropriate
import filters etc which are located on install CD's (or whereever the
install took place from). Make sure that everything you need is correctly
installed by re-running the install for Office/Outlook using Add/Remove for
the import options.
