I recently started working with the MS Office XP (aka 2002) in my
other office and have tried my first web site updates.
I'm trying to take content from a Word document and bring it into FP
WITHOUT all of the style stuff - just the text please. In Word 2000
version I have here at home I have used the MS HTML Filter 2.0 to
"strip" the css and xml code from the Word doc and then I can open in
FP and cut and paste.
I was under the impression that the Filter was incorporated into Word
XP, but for the life of me, I can't get it to work. After screwing
around with the various "save as" possibilities, I saved as simple txt
and then opened in Notebook and pasted into FP. There has got to be an
easier way!
As expected, the help screens in FP2002 and Word XP are useless as is
the KB on the MS website.
Help please....
Thanks
