I want to export data from 1 copy of Excel into another copy of Excel.
How do I do this?

Or

Must the data be copied & pasted?

I don't understand what you are asking. Excel saves files on disk. If you
save the file using one copy of excel, you can open it using the other copy
of excel.

If this isn't what you're asking, could you please post again, more
specifically?
