Important live account problems

How do i make a new account for my gamertag thats already in use on another
account i made a long time ago?I dont know the email so i cant sign in my
friend made it when he was setting up my xbox live account and used a fake
one i guess. So i was wondering could you like find my gamertag (Vash003) and
send me the email and password for it so i can change the alt email or could
you change the email on it so i can access my gamercard on xbox.com my email
