Important Security issue-please respond!!

MS Outlook Exchange is run on a secure server in IS department of my company.
I have
granted access to view only my calendar to many users. Is there any way to
track or create/view a log of who and when users are accessing/viewing my
calendar? Could a programmer write a program to intercept/display this
information on their PC or could an IS programmer write/publish a report log
of this information?
