Imported Contacts Problem!!

I've installed Outlook 2003 and I imported the address book from the OE. Any how I found out that the <Internet Format> for any E-mail address among my contacts has been altered to <send plain text only> this resulted in losing the HTML format when my receipient receive the mail. So is there any way to change this option for all my contacts one time, otherwise I have to go through one by one to change it.?? By the way, this has happened also at Outlook XP with another PC
