Imported text changes to logical function

I am importing a roster from a .csv file every week. Several people have the
surname "True." Those cells come in as the logical function "TRUE" in all
caps. I have looked all over for how to turn this "feature" off. I have
seen this in both 2002 and 2003 versions. Any ideas?
