Outlook 2003, XP SP2. Saved a vcs file and ever since have had 1 unread item
in the calendar (3 now that I've tried other things like deleting the appt
and accepting it again). I've tried:
- Sort by category table view, and it shows all items as read.
- Tried Mark all as Read, no change.
- Advance search on unread items in that folder came back with nothing.
- Made a backup and then deleted ALL my calendar items. All searches say I
have 0 items, yet I still have 3 unread items.
- I copied the calendar to my inbox and the copy shows 0 items, 0 unread.
Imported the copy into my calendar again, still shows 3 unread.
Getting very annoyed. Where is the registry setting for this? Tried
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail per a
KB article, but it's not there. On a mission to fix this, cannot let Outlook
win this annoying battle please help!
