I am working on a dissertation. I am now at the stage I need to figure out
how to assemble it. One issue is figuring out how to import into the MS Word
document (2002, SP3) the 100 charts and tables, 40 graphics, and 6 maps,
putting each in the right place on the page, with heading and caption that
does not slip away. In some cases I want to put as many as 4 and even 6
graphics on a page (with no text other than accompanying headings and
captions). Figuring out how to do this in Word is beyond my current skill
level.
Can anyone suggest an on-line or other tutorial where I could learn how to
do this? Or is the learning curve so steep for this that I would be better
off contracting it out?
Thanks
